Key Skills: Shell Scripting, BMC, Python, Fast Api

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 application support for enterprise systems and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs
• Investigate application issues using Python and Shell Scripting across logs, jobs, and service dependencies
• Support backend services built on Django and related Python frameworks
• Work with support tooling and incident workflows in BMC environments
• Coordinate with engineering teams on root cause analysis and recurring issue reduction

Skills Required:

• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in application support or backend support engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Shell Scripting, and BMC support workflows
• Working knowledge of Django-based application environments and backend service troubleshooting
• Experience supporting containerized applications using Docker
• Ability to diagnose application issues, analyze logs, and support API-driven services

Good to Have:

• FastAPI
• Flask

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
