You provide L3 technical support for Java-based applications, resolving complex issues to maintain system stability.

Manage and troubleshoot application environments within AWS. Execute shell scripting and SQL queries to automate tasks and manage data. Support DevOps workflows and maintain Linux platform stability. Utilize Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting application performance.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex L3 application support incidents for Java-based systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot application environments hosted on AWS.

Required Skills

• 4 to 8 years of experience in Java Application Support.
• Expertise in L3 application support workflows.
• Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Shell Scripting.
• Ability to perform scripting with SQL.
• Working knowledge of AWS environments.
• Experience with DevOps practices.
• Experience using Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
