Description

You will provide technical support for application systems used across the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues to ensure minimal downtime.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve complex application problems.
• Assist in implementing application updates and enhancements.
• Document support procedures and solutions for future reference.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or network support engineering.
• Strong ability to write SQL queries and understand their business purpose.
• Proficiency with GitHub and CoPilot.
• Experience with project management and security logging.
• Familiarity with documentation practices.
• Experience working in large, regulated corporate environments.
