Description

Provide L1/L2 application support for Fixed Income and Equities platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver L1/L2 support for financial applications within Fixed Income and Equities.
• Perform user access reviews, audit reviews, and IDM reviews.
• Maintain thorough technical documentation for support processes.
• Manage multiple support tasks and incidents simultaneously.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in application support.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Tidal or AutoSys job scheduling.
• Background in financial settlements.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Murex, Smartloan, Loanet, or Broadridge.
