Description

You will provide L2/L3 technical support for new and legacy systems while resolving complex high-priority issues.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 technical support to clients and participate in on-call rotations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and implement fixes for system issues.
• Collaborate with product teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Utilize CI/CD tools, containerization, and cloud platforms to support applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in the Core Java/J2EE stack.
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Spring Data JPA.
• Strong SQL querying skills and RDBMS knowledge (Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL).
• Experience with Web services, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and build tools such as Maven, Gradle, or sbt.
• Experience with Unit testing frameworks.
• Understanding of distributed architectures and design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree.
