Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production and application support for Kubernetes-based Docker microservices.
• Investigate incidents, service failures, application errors, and integration issues using logs, events, and operational diagnostics.
• Monitor application health and coordinate resolution of issues across microservices, Kafka integrations, and REST APIs.
• Execute deployment validation, smoke testing, API verification, and post-release health checks using appropriate tools.
• Document root-cause findings, recovery procedures, support runbooks, and recurring incident trends.

Skills Required:

• 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in application support, production engineering, or application development support.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in application support or production environments.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, service dependencies, container operations, and application troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting scalable, highly available applications and resolving production issues within defined service levels.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, Kafka, GitHub, Postman, Shell Scripting, and Unix command-line utilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Grafana for application and infrastructure monitoring.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
