Description

You will own application support and system maintenance for airport security and parking infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor support for 1200 to 1300 CCTV cameras daily and open ServiceNow tickets for incidents.
• Monitor the Health Personck system to identify and resolve root cause issues.
• Provide daily reports on system status to end-client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with hardware and network teams on system issues and troubleshoot end-client computer issues via network pinging.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with .NET and SQL Server for developing and enhancing in-house applications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SQL Server 2019 and Microsoft ADO.NET.
• Experience with Power BI and Crystal Reports.
• Skills in data analysis for Airport Security, Parking, and revenue systems.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting Communication ISC Panels using OnGuard Lenel for Security Personck.
• Experience performing NetBackup tape library operations weekly.
• Ability to manage Windows Active Directory, including password resets for parking users.
