Description

You will maintain and improve mission-critical production line IT systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements to develop and improve existing production system needs.
• Monitor and troubleshoot applications and databases connected to production equipment.
• Partner with production engineering teams to optimize workflows using the production line IT system.
• Develop efficiency strategies and maintain accurate documentation of configurations and procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of practical experience in production plant floor operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, management, and security principles.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL, including advanced query optimization techniques.
• Exposure to Operational Technologies (OT) applications, including SCADA and PLCs.
• Familiarity with the foundation of IT networking.
• Ability to develop web applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT infrastructure for system operation.
