Description

You will provide technical support for all software applications and assist with Proof of Concept work for new Python-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application issues by analyzing log files and tracing IT workflows.
• Manage the end-to-end ticketing lifecycle, including follow-ups and resolution.
• Perform basic scripting and database queries to support application stability.
• Communicate directly with business users to resolve technical queries and issues.
• Support ongoing AWS migration efforts and application optimization.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical operations or application support.
• Proficiency in Python scripting.
• Experience performing DB Queries.
• Strong troubleshooting skills using log files and script reading.
• Expertise in ticket management and follow-up processes.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week in Malvern, PA.
• Strong communication skills for constant interaction with business users.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS migration.
• Knowledge of Control-M, ServiceNow, or monitoring tools.
• Background in Investment Management, Banking, or Financial Services.
