You will manage production incidents and support large-scale enterprise applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage production incidents for large enterprise applications.
• Execute ITSM processes to resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot and debug application performance within large server environments.
• Monitor and maintain Java applications and JVM health.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or SRE roles.
• Strong background in Java application support.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting JVMs.
• Proficiency with Unix/Linux server environments.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM processes.
• Proven ability to debug issues in large-scale server environments.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
