Description

You will provide production and UAT support for retail applications, focusing on troubleshooting and system stability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve major and minor system problems, escalating issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with vendors to track, troubleshoot, and close technical issues.
• Manage security and compliance tasks, including the closure of VAPT, AppSec, and Infosec points.
• Monitor the health and performance of Linux and Windows servers.
• Plan and oversee production activities to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Maintain documentation for issues, resolutions, and application performance metrics.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency with Linux commands and Windows server management.
• Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries in MS SQL or Oracle databases.
• Experience with SQL/RDBMS, including MS SQL and Oracle.
• Experience supporting or implementing API-based applications.
• Familiarity with addressing VAPT, AppSec, and Infosec issues in production.
• Background in supporting LOS/LMS applications such as Ebix (Indus), Nucleus (FinnOne), or Pennant Technology.
• Any Tech Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with WebLogic or Tomcat application servers.
• Direct experience in LOS/LMS or API application implementation.
