Description

Monitor and resolve production application, database, and server incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, database, and server-related issues using SQL and OS diagnostics.
• Manage incident, problem, and service requests through the ticketing lifecycle.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot IIS web server, application pools, and hosting environments.
• Support deployment activities, patching, maintenance, and scheduled jobs on Windows and AIX servers.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or production monitoring.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including queries, joins, procedures, and database validation.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and IIS configuration.
• Working knowledge of AIX/Linux commands and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing tools.
• Understanding of ITIL processes, including incident and problem management.
• Ability to analyze application logs and server health metrics.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts to support production environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating directly with Application Owners and development teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
