Description

job responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and implement OpenText ECM solutions based on business and technical requirements.

Configure, customize, and administer OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and related modules.

Integrate OpenText platforms with enterprise applications such as SAP, CRM, and other business systems using REST APIs and web services.

Perform system administration activities including upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and environment maintenance.

Troubleshoot application, integration, and platform issues while providing ongoing production support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable ECM solutions.

Support enterprise migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives involving content management platforms.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

7+ years of experience with OpenText Enterprise Content Management platforms.

Strong hands-on expertise with:

OpenText Content Server

OpenText Extended ECM

Documentum

OpenText Administration & Configuration

Experience integrating OpenText solutions with SAP and other enterprise applications.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integration patterns.

Experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing ECM environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with OpenText xECM, Archive Center, and Records Management.

Experience supporting Azure or AWS cloud deployments.

Knowledge of ECM migration and modernization projects.

Familiarity with Java, .NET, or other scripting/programming languages.

Retail industry experience is a plus
