Description

Design, implement, and support OpenText ECM solutions, ensuring system stability and integration with enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and Documentum.
• Integrate OpenText platforms with SAP, CRM, and other enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services.
• Perform system administration tasks including upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and environment maintenance.
• Troubleshoot application and platform issues while providing ongoing production support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to deliver scalable ECM solutions.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with OpenText Enterprise Content Management platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with OpenText Content Server, Extended ECM, and Documentum.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Web Services, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience integrating OpenText solutions with SAP and other enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Java and .NET for scripting and development.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenText xECM, Archive Center, and Records Management.
• Knowledge of ECM migration and modernization projects.
• Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud deployments.
