Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2-3 application support for highavailability customerfacing systems

Troubleshoot complex issues across SQL databases application logs APIs and infrastructure layers

Deploy monitor and maintain services running in Docker and Kubernetes environments

Configure support and optimize IBM MQ and RabbitMQ messaging queues

Build dashboards s and operational insights using Splunk

Collaborate with development teams to identify root causes and implement longterm fixes

Participate in oncall rotation and incident management processes

Document runbooks SOPs and knowledge articles for operational excellence

Required Skills Experience

5 to 7 years in Application Support or Production Engineering roles

Strong proficiency in SQL queries performance tuning troubleshooting

Handson experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production

Solid understanding of IBM MQ and RabbitMQ administration and message flows

Experience with Splunk for log analysis dashboards and ing

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Ability to work in fastpaced SLAdriven environments

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CICD pipelines

Familiarity with microservices architecture

Scripting skills Python Bash or PowerShell
