Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 production support for applications and services.
• Handle incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution within SLA timelines.
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis using logs and ticket history.
• Support deployments, configuration changes, and post-release validation.
• Coordinate with development teams for escalations and issue resolution.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.
• Ensure stability and reliability of production environments.

Experience Required:

• 2-4 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support.
• Experience in incident management and SLA-driven environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Exposure to AWS-based environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting for support tasks is a plus.
• SQL knowledge for data validation and issue investigation is preferred.
