Description

You will provide L1 technical support for business applications and manage operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Resolve L1 issues for all supported business applications.
• Manage the incident lifecycle and track all reported issues.
• Handle user access management and permission requests.
• Monitor applications to identify and fix bugs.
• Prepare and share daily operational dashboards with management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or technical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Strong command of UNIX and standard Unix commands.
• Direct experience in Incident Management processes.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting application-level issues.
• Bachelor's degree.
