Description
You will provide L1 technical support for business applications and manage operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Resolve L1 issues for all supported business applications.
- Manage the incident lifecycle and track all reported issues.
- Handle user access management and permission requests.
- Monitor applications to identify and fix bugs.
- Prepare and share daily operational dashboards with management.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in application support or technical troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Strong command of UNIX and standard Unix commands.
- Direct experience in Incident Management processes.
- Proven ability in troubleshooting application-level issues.
- Bachelor's degree.
