Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting logs.
• Proficiency with monitoring and ticketing tools.
• Working knowledge of OTT and e-commerce platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Linux, Windows, and SQL.
• Experience with AWS.
