Description

You will own L1/L2 production support for applications and services, ensuring stability and reliability in on-site environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution within SLA timelines.
• Monitor application health, availability, and performance.
• Perform root cause analysis using logs and ticket history.
• Support deployments, configuration changes, and post-release validation.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in Application Support or Production Support.
• Strong incident management and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in SLA-driven environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and issue investigation.
• Ability to analyze logs for root cause identification.
• Basic Python scripting knowledge for support tasks.
• Familiarity with AWS-based environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating with development teams for escalations.
