Description

You will provide technical support for .NET-based applications, focusing on ASP.NET Web Forms and .NET WinForms environments.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot software issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Debug application code to resolve issues or provide functional workarounds.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and validate software fixes and enhancements.
• Document all resolutions into SOP and KEDB.
• Participate in on-call rotations to address urgent issues outside regular business hours.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as an Application Support Engineer or in a similar .NET environment.
• Strong knowledge of .NET framework, ASP.NET Web Forms, and .NET WinForms.
• Proficiency with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
• Experience with troubleshooting tools and techniques for diagnosing software issues.
• Proven ability in problem management and root cause analysis of recurring tickets.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, SharePoint, DWH, or Python.
