Description

You will provide end-to-end support for commercial, consumer, and credit banking applications, balancing maintenance with light development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage application maintenance, including patches, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Execute system integration testing, production post-implementation testing, and UAT.
• Handle incident management, ticket triaging, prioritization, and escalation within SLAs.
• Own change management processes from impact assessment to deployment execution.
• Troubleshoot complex enterprise applications and custom-built systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in RDBMS environments supporting SQL Server and SSIS.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSIS ETL functionality, and rewriting complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET, Java, C#, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience using Visual Studio and MS Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
• Ability to create technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and system configurations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting ETL processes and data load issues.
• Project management skills to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
