Description

You will provide Level 2 technical and functional support for enterprise financial and business applications, resolving escalated incidents and driving permanent fixes.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve incidents escalated from L1 support, ensuring strict SLA adherence.
• Perform in-depth analysis of recurring issues to drive permanent fixes with development and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor critical batch jobs, integrations, and system interfaces using Control-M and Autosys.
• Log, track, and manage tickets through ITSM tools and conduct root cause analysis for incidents.
• Support regression and UAT for releases, patches, and updates, and participate in CAB reviews.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application support operations.
• Proficiency with ITSM tools including ServiceNow, Jira, and Remedy.
• Experience with job scheduling tools such as Control-M and Autosys.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace and Elastic Search.
• Understanding of SQL for querying data.
• Exposure to cloud environments, specifically AWS.
• Experience executing commands on Unix Servers.
• Familiarity with Java applications.
• Ability to perform UAT and manage change documentation.
