Description

Provide technical support and manage application incidents across Windows and Linux environments.

You will be on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical incidents and manage problem lifecycles.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell or Shell.
• Execute SQL queries to support application data requirements.
• Manage infrastructure tasks for Windows and Linux systems.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in technical support.
• Proficiency in SQL programming.
• Experience with PowerShell or Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux infrastructures.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be currently based in Porto, Portugal.
• CPLP nationality or valid EU work permit required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks for incident and problem management.
• Familiarity with C# and Java programming languages.
