Description

Provide technical support and production stability for financial services applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Debug application issues and manage software deployments.
• Develop scripts using Python, Perl, or Shell to automate tasks.
• Manage file transfers using SFTP, HTTPS, AS2, and PGP encryption.
• Support Windows and UNIX/Linux operating systems.
• Participate in weekend or off-hours support as required.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application or production support.
• Azure Certification (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Perl, Shell Scripting, and Python.
• Experience with IBM Connect Direct, Sterling File Gateway, and Biz Manager (Open Text).
• Working knowledge of DB2 and SQL.
• Experience with JCL and file transfer protocols.
• Familiarity with ITIL Service Management frameworks.
• Background in the Securities or Financial Services industry.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools including Ansible and Selenium.
