Description

You will manage production environments, troubleshoot issues, and maintain database integrity across Windows and Linux systems. You own the release pipeline and ensure system stability through proactive monitoring and rapid incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments and resolve critical incidents with minimal guidance to ensure timely recovery.
• Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, including writing queries and performing maintenance-window checks.
• Deploy software and applications to production, creating scripts and configuration files for consistent, repeatable releases.
• Analyze moderately complex business requirements and implement solutions in production environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new releases.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of overall experience with strong application support background.
• Hands-on experience supporting applications across Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Shell Scripting for automation and deployment tasks.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle after-hours requests during rotational shifts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
