Description

You will maintain system stability and resolve technical issues as an individual contributor within the application support team.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve application and system issues.
• Manage issue tracking and incident workflows using GSNOW.
• Execute deployments using GitLab and other deployment tools.
• Support applications within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support roles.
• Proficiency in Unix and Bash scripting.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with Autosys for job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server.
• Cloud experience specifically with Azure.
• Practical knowledge of GitLab and deployment tools.
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor's degree.
