You will maintain application stability and performance by monitoring health, resolving incidents, and supporting enterprise environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health using observability tools to ensure stability.
• Manage incidents and service requests within ServiceNow.
• Support and maintain PeopleSoft and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Analyze system logs to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Proficiency with PeopleSoft administration and support.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on use of ServiceNow for incident management.
• Experience with Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring.
• Any Graduate degree.
