Description

You will own production application support for enterprise systems, ensuring stability and rapid resolution of incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues using Linux, MySQL, and Java.
• Monitor and support applications hosted on AWS services.
• Adhere strictly to customer-defined SLAs for response and resolution.
• Communicate technical findings and status updates to end customers professionally.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in production application support.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.
• Proficiency in MySQL database management and query debugging.
• Working knowledge of Java for application support tasks.
• Good understanding of core AWS services and infrastructure.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with customers.
