Description

You manage production environments, troubleshoot critical incidents, and maintain database integrity across Windows and Linux systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production environments and resolve critical incidents to ensure timely system recovery.
• Manage Microsoft SQL Server databases, including writing queries and performing maintenance-window checks.
• Deploy software to production by creating scripts and configuration files for consistent releases.
• Analyze business requirements and implement solutions within production environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new releases.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in application support.
• Hands-on experience supporting applications across Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including query writing and performance monitoring.
• Experience with Shell Scripting for automation and deployment tasks.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle after-hours requests during rotational shifts.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Power BI for data visualization.
• Knowledge of Splunk for monitoring and troubleshooting.
