Description

You provide technical support, system monitoring, and root cause analysis for applications using Python, JavaScript, and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data quality and system health proactively to ensure stability.
• Design and implement new monitors in collaboration with the Engineering team.
• Produce daily "ready for business" reports in coordination with the London engineering team.
• Act as the primary engineering contact for the Los Angeles support team to identify root causes and manage handovers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support.
• Proficiency with Python and JavaScript.
• Experience working within AWS environments.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis on impacted systems.
• Experience managing technical handovers across global engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
