Description

Support homegrown and vendor applications while acting as a liaison between business partners and information services. You will own the release pipeline and maintain application uptime in a strict SLA-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to production support calls to perform rapid repairs and maintain application uptime.
• Create and update technical documentation, including implementation guides, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure adherence to architecture patterns and user stories.
• Leverage DevOps tool stacks to build, inspect, deploy, test, and promote features within cloud platforms.
• Operate within a strict SLA-driven environment, including a weekly on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience with Visual Basic .NET.
• 7-10 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
• 7-10 years of experience with ServiceNow.
• 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure Administration.
• 3-5 years of experience with Active Server Pages (ASP).
• Hands-on database development using SQL, SQL Server, and SSRS Reporting.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Design and test-driven development.
• Proficiency in UNIX (Linux) environments and AWS Administration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular, ASPX, MS Access, Oracle, and Toad.
• Knowledge of distributed systems design and Agile methodologies.
