Description

You will provide Level 2 and 3 application support for Treasury and Payment applications while managing software deployments across various environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the release of new hardware and software into the production computing environment.
• Automate and streamline operational processes, including building tools for deployment and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across all environments to ensure system sustainability.
• Create and maintain technical playbooks, documentation, and software installation processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Solution Delivery teams to support enterprise commercial banking products.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience in application support or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency with Linux and Unix operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Splunk for application monitoring and tuning.
• Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
• Experience with DevOps practices and automation frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Java.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and AWS.
