Description

Provide design, implementation, and second-level support for large-scale infrastructure within electronic trading applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage technical issues through to resolution.
• Design and implement infrastructure components to meet eTrading requirements.
• Maintain applications, appliances, software, policies, and licenses.
• Collaborate with local and global Dev/Support teams, business managers, and traders.
• Drive continuous improvements to team processes and development alignment.

Required Skills

• 10-12 years of experience in ITSM-based service management organizations.
• Proficiency with AutoSys.
• Experience with Perl scripting.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with NetApp storage.
• Experience with Dell Networker.
• Knowledge of Cloud environments.
• Ability to exercise global influence across distributed teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
