Description

You will own L2/L3 support and operational stability for Java/Spring Boot microservices, focusing on workflow automation and incident resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Handle incident management, debug failed jobs, and manage retries within SLA-driven operations.
• Maintain and optimize Camunda BPMN/DMN workflows for resource order orchestration.
• Debug and resolve integration issues across REST APIs and Kafka producers/consumers.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth automated deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with Dev, QA, SRE, and Ops teams to improve system observability and reliability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot in microservices architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with Camunda BPMN/DMN, including External Task Worker patterns.
• Strong experience with Kafka (producers/consumers) and REST API integrations.
• Proficiency in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability tools including JSON logging, ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and on-call rotational support.
• Knowledge of network protocols such as BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and STP.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Camunda 8 (Zeebe), Operate, Optimize, and Task List.
• Familiarity with distributed tracing tools like OpenTelemetry or Jaeger.
• Understanding of cloud-native microservices reliability patterns (circuit breaker, compensation).
