Description

You will manage and maintain the application production environment, ensuring stability and performance across critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interface with technical and business stakeholders, including developers, application owners, and infrastructure teams.
• Manage change control and execute application deployments across production environments.
• Lead incident triage and coordinate activities for Major Incidents in compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
• Prepare internal reports on Major Incidents and lead reviews with Executive Management.
• Manage batch jobs, production dashboards, and handle 24x7 operations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support and maintenance (Tier 2 and Tier 3).
• Proficiency with ITIL processes and ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Strong technical knowledge in Java, MySQL, and Cloud environments.
• Experience with monitoring, tracing, and alerting systems for critical incidents.
• Expertise in incident and problem management practices.
• Familiarity with SOX Compliance activities.
• Ability to handle on-site and offshore coordination, including shift work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with batch job scheduling tools.
• Background in regulated industries requiring strict compliance adherence.
