Description

You will manage software application support, system performance, and reporting for internal stakeholders. You serve as the subject matter expert for application-related projects and manage a support team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze software functionality and suggest technical improvements.
• Create and modify internal reports using iVOS Reporter, Jasper AdHoc, and Ventiv tools.
• Identify root causes of application errors and work with vendors to resolve bugs.
• Develop and maintain test plans for application upgrades and document configuration changes.
• Monitor external interfaces, processes, and application performance metrics.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting software systems.
• Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EDI troubleshooting and setup or willingness to learn.
• Experience managing teams and attending stakeholder meetings.
• Oracle PL-SQL skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• System administration experience with Ventiv Technology’s Claims Enterprise (iVOS) or Kofax KTM.
• Experience with insurance claims management, risk management, or payment processing systems.
• Proficiency with IBM Cognos, Oracle SQLPlus, or JasperSoft Reporting.
