Description

You will provide technical support and drive improvements for client systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and gather metrics to assist in problem analysis and resolution.
• Support efforts to improve system monitoring tools and processes.
• Ensure continuous improvement of the service delivery and support model for end users.
• Manage on-call duties and work outside of normal business hours as needed.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in J2EE and C#.
• Experience with Power Builder, Seibel, and Visual Basic.
• Working knowledge of Tibco RV, Weblogic, and Tomcat/Apache.
• Database experience with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server.
• Experience with HP UX 11i, Solaris, Red Hat Linux, and Windows.
• Familiarity with tools like BMC Remedy Suite, Splunk, and Autosys.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
