Description

You will act as the subject matter expert for Manhattan Warehouse Solutions, identifying and resolving issues within critical Warehouse Management Systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement in the Manhattan WMS application.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance WMS system functionality and reliability.
• Monitor system operations and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
• Provide training and support to team members on system processes and best practices.

Required Skills

• Expert proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Functional and Manhattan WMS.
• Strong experience with AS400 and RPG programming.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in application support or WMS engineering.
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert in Warehouse Management functions.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis and Client Relationship Management.
