Description

You will provide application engineering and system administration support for a large-scale ecommerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and availability to ensure computing resource integrity.
• Debug system processes and containers directly within Linux environments.
• Analyze AppD and Grafana data to determine system stability and health.
• Lead technical problem management by coordinating SMEs to document and resolve issues within strict timelines.
• Present monthly metrics regarding incidents, problems, changes, and RCA stories.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java, Python, .Net, or Scala.
• Strong Linux skills including container access and direct system debugging.
• Experience with cloud environment deployment and Kubernetes container builds.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting system and application memory and CPU patterns.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
• Working knowledge of SQL, JSON, and KQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Lambda, and EKS.
• Expertise in relational database support, querying, and reporting.
• Ecommerce experience, specifically with HCL Commerce version 9.
