Description

You will manage software application stability and provide technical assistance to end-users in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support to resolve application issues, user access problems, and data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain support documentation, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user training materials.
• Coordinate software updates, patches, and system maintenance activities to ensure integrity.
• Conduct testing and quality assurance for new software releases to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in application support or a related technical role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software applications.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Experience providing technical support to end-users.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ITIL framework or IT service management methodologies.
• Experience with ticketing systems and ITSM tools.
• Familiarity with database management systems.
