Own application support for mainframe environments, focusing on Infogix controls and CA7 job monitoring.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute enhancements for Infogix controls.
• Monitor and support mainframe CA7 jobs.
• Resolve production incidents.
• Perform minor batch performance tuning.
• Coordinate with vendors for supported applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe environments.
• Proficiency in CA7 job scheduling and monitoring.
• Hands-on SQL skills.
• Experience with Application Development.
• Understanding of Performance Tuning principles.
