Description

You will manage the technical stability, business rules, and data integrity of mortgage application platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot business rules, custom print forms, and Dynamic Data Management (DDM) tables.
• Monitor system performance, logs, and integrations including nCino Mortgage and Optimal Blue.
• Manage user groups, permissions, versions, releases, and service passwords.
• Execute HMDA update files and batch processes to Encompass.
• Maintain the reporting database, data warehouse, and Crystal Reports scheduler.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical troubleshooting and application support.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows OS.
• Experience with mortgage platforms and consumer lending business lines.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and Confluence for documentation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and BOTs.
• Understanding of networking, firewalls, IP segmenting, and whitelisting.
• Knowledge of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
• Experience with IIS and Microsoft Office 365.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Tomcat.
