Description

You will provide technical support for upstream oil and gas applications within a geology and geophysics environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage license updates on Windows for multiple vendor upstream applications.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and manage technical tickets.
• Collaborate with the packaging team to define requirements and perform UAT testing for large application suites.
• Execute packaging support and testing tasks.
• Lead knowledge transfer sessions and manage documentation handovers from project teams to support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support and license management.
• Direct experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically upstream within Geology/Geophysics.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and ticket management.
• Experience with application packaging support and UAT testing.
• Knowledge of Techlog and databases.
• Ability to manage documentation and knowledge sharing processes.
• Experience working in a Windows environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale application suite deployments.
• Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
