Description

You will provide L2 and L3 application support and development assistance, resolving complex issues through hands-on coding and debugging.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle L2 and L3 level application support tasks and perform deep-dive debugging.
• Write, debug, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and cursors.
• Execute Unix/Linux commands and scripts to maintain system stability.
• Manage software lifecycle activities following SDLC and ITSM processes.
• Perform code analysis and resolve application issues using Java, C++, or Python.

Required Skills

• 4 to 10 years of experience in application support or development.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming with Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong SQL skills, including stored procedures and cursor debugging.
• Experience with Unix/Linux command line and scripting.
• Solid understanding of Software Engineering concepts and SDLC.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and ability to perform deep-dive debugging.

• Any Graduate degree.
