Description

You will own the configuration, maintenance, and support of Varicent incentive compensation solutions. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Varicent solution designs.
• Configure and customize Varicent modules to meet organizational needs for incentive compensation management.
• Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and compensation plans using the Varicent platform.
• Perform data integration tasks including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to and from Varicent.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Varicent configurations, calculations, and data flows while optimizing performance.

Required Skills

• 5-12 years of experience in Varicent application support, configuration, and maintenance.
• Proven experience working with SQL to manage and troubleshoot data in Varicent implementations.
• Exposure to ETL processes and data integration across systems.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution deployment.
• Ability to manage and resolve performance issues and system errors effectively.
• Experience conducting unit testing and supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Any Graduation education requirement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience documenting technical designs, workflows, and operational procedures.
• Staying updated on Varicent product updates, features, and industry best practices.
