Roles & Responsibilities

• Provides technical and business support for users of Citi Applications across global regions.
• Prepares and reviews Fund Transfer Pricing setups in SIT, UAT and Production environments.
• Provides global support across the APAC, LATAM, EMEA, and NAM regions for various applications.
• Engages in multiple Transfer Pricing Projects, focusing on CAP initiatives and other risk management activities.
• Provides L3 support for production incidents related to Citiftp/FTP and other FFS ledger functionality.
• Acts as a liaison between users, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors for issue resolution.
• Performs data analysis, reviews production reported issues and provides recommended solutions to stakeholders.
• Participates in application releases from development, testing and deployment into production environments.
• Performs post release checkouts after application releases and infrastructure updates while maintaining technical documentation.
• Analyzes FFS components to identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues within the system.
• Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information and resolves problems by selecting appropriate solutions.
• Cooperates with development colleagues to prioritize bug fixes and support tooling requirements effectively.
• Acts as subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and other team members in the organization.

Experience Required 2-5 years of experience in application support or related technical roles with focus on problem management and data analysis.

Education Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
