Description

You provide L3 technical and business support for Citi Applications, focusing on Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) and Financial Markets functionality across global regions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provides L3 support for production incidents related to Citiftp/FTP and FFS ledger functionality.
• Prepares and reviews Fund Transfer Pricing setups in SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
• Performs data analysis on production issues and recommends solutions to stakeholders.
• Acts as a liaison between users, internal technology groups, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Participates in application releases, performs post-release checkouts, and maintains technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in application support or related technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Java and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for issue tracking and reporting.
• Proficiency in application support, data analysis, and problem management.
• Understanding of Fund Transfer Pricing and financial markets.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of automation tools such as Fast Framework and Selenium.
• Experience with JIRA Wrappers.

Education

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
