Good to Have Skills: Experience with RunBook Automation (RBA), Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, API development, relational and non-relational databases, system navigation, process management, filesystem administration, web application development, incident resolution, root-cause analysis, environment stability, release support, artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, project management certification.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Engage in build and support activities for RunBook Automation as the orchestration tool among all SMBF Applications.
• Help in onboarding applications for adoption based on their criticality and coordinate adoption of RBA by SMBF Applications.
• Provide regular updates to management including accomplishments, challenges, risks and dependencies for project tracking.
• Collaborate with respective technology teams to get APIs from them for inclusion within RBA for smooth automation.
• Utilize Agile methodology and tools for new onboardings, developments of new features, enhancements and stakeholder reporting.
• Participate in review meetings relating technology tools strategies to business requirements and ensure alignment.
• Assure adherence to all support process and tool standards and work with management to enhance processes.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made demonstrating consideration for firm reputation and safeguarding assets.

Experience Required: 4-6 years of IT experience with strong hands-on programming experience. Experience in production support or core services operational role handling incident resolution, root-cause analysis, environment stability, and release support. Track record of driving technology and service improvement initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Education: Bachelor's/University degree in IT or Computer Science is required. Project Management Certification is a plus
