Description

Own production support and automation initiatives for SMBF applications. Drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and environment stability while implementing RunBook Automation (RBA) for orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead build and support activities for RunBook Automation across SMBF applications.
• Onboard applications for RBA adoption based on criticality and coordinate with technology teams to integrate APIs.
• Resolve production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure environment stability.
• Track project risks, dependencies, and accomplishments, providing regular updates to management.
• Utilize Agile methodology for new onboardings, feature enhancements, and stakeholder reporting.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of IT experience with strong hands-on programming skills.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Angular, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, Unix/Linux, and Shell Scripting.
• Proven track record in production support, automation, and incident resolution.
• Ability to collaborate with technology teams for API development and integration.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RunBook Automation (RBA) tools and techniques.
• Project Management Certification.
