Description

You will provide technical support for production environments and custom applications, owning issues from initial reporting through to final resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical queries via email, IM, telephone, and in-person requests.
• Analyze and diagnose complex issues, evaluating risks and alternatives to make informed decisions.
• Provide day-to-day production support for custom applications and reports.
• Manage batch control processes and ensure system stability.
• Attend daily and weekly conference calls to align on support activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support.
• Strong proficiency managing Linux and UNIX environments.
• Experience working with Oracle DB and SQL DB.
• High proficiency in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and automation.
• Understanding of Operating Systems, Middleware, and Web servers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
